Pets & the Dog Park
Pet limits, breed restrictions, annual dog registration, and dog-park rules.
Limits & registration
Register in person at the office or by email. Upon payment, dogs receive a non-transferable PTW tag that must be worn on the collar at all times.

- $125 / year ($50 late fee after Sept 30)

- October 1 – September 30
Breed restrictions
No Pit Bulls or American Bulldogs, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, or any animal determined to be dangerous may be kept on the property. The Board may remove any dog deemed dangerous or aggressive, regardless of breed.
Dog rules
- Dogs must be leashed and under an adult’s control at all times in common areas.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool or pool courtyard.
- Always clean up after your dog.
- Dogs must wear a current, registered PTW tag.
- Dogs may not be left alone to bark while owners are away.
- The Peachtree Walk Dog Park is for resident dogs only — no guest dogs.
