- $25 each — issued each January or at move-in
Providing a PW parking sticker to a vendor, housekeeper, pet sitter, or non-resident is a violation — $250 fine, effective immediately. Disabled, unregistered, or improperly parked vehicles may be booted or towed at the owner’s expense.
Guest parking
Guests park on the Upper Guest Decks only, must be visiting a unit, and scan the QR code at the building entrance. Register your visitor’s plate with the guest-parking tool before they arrive.
Annual resident registration
All owners and residents complete a Resident Information Sheet each January (email it to Management or drop it at the office). A completed sheet is required before parking permits are issued.
Every occupant over 18 must be registered and complete an in-person PW Welcome Orientation with Management before moving in. Dog owners register annually ($125 pet fee, due in January); bicycles kept in the P1 secure cages must be registered.
