Moving & Large Deliveries
Scheduling a move, the service-elevator reservation, fees and hours, large furniture/appliance deliveries, and utility setup.
Scheduling a move
All moves must be scheduled with the Management Office at least three (3) business days in advance. A move is not confirmed until you receive a calendar invite. No moves occur on association or government holidays.
Management coordinates gate access, truck-parking instructions, elevator reservations with protective padding, and moving guidance.

- 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM (4-hour blocks)
- Move fee
- $150 non-refundable, by check or money order (no cash/credit)
- After 4:30 PM weekday
- +$150 after-hours fee
- Weekend move
- Limited, advance approval — $300
Large furniture & appliance delivery
All large furniture and appliance deliveries or removals must be scheduled in advance through the Management Office, with reserved elevator access and common-area protection. Delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Unauthorized weekend deliveries may be delayed, denied access, or subject to additional charges.
