Where packages are held, food-delivery rules, and after-hours help.
Package room
Packages are available around the clock in the B Building lobby package room using your access credentials. Items should not be left in the lobby or package spaces for more than 48 hours.
Staff cannot transport or place packages at resident doors due to liability policies.
Food deliveries
Delivery personnel may not go beyond the controlled-entry zones of either building — allowing a driver past these areas violates community standards. Food left in the lobby should be collected within 30 minutes.
Missing a package?
During business hours, email Management at kyoung@teammgt.com. After hours, Courtesy Officers work Mon–Fri 7:00 PM–3:00 AM · Weekends 11:00 AM–3:00 AM.
